Returns

To avoid disappointment and unnecessary returns or refunds we ask that you purchase your item once you are sure the sizing is correct for your child.

Instock items may be returned in an unwashed and unused original condition but please contact us in the first instance. Please obtain proof of purchase for any returns as otherwise you are liable for the cost of the item should it not arrive. but I will not reimburse the cost of returning it.

Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds on custom-made/made to measure items unless they are faulty.

We wish to provide you with quality items you love so if you find a fault with your product or we sent you the wrong item please let us know by email and we can arrange a sustitute or refund. We will never send you a substitute without response by email.

Cancelling your order

You are entitled to a cooling off period of seven working days, according to the guidelines set out by the Office of Fair Trading, starting the day after the order is delivered, during which time you are entitled to cancel your order and receive and full refund.

This is an additional right and does not affect your statutory rights to reject faulty goods or unsatisfactory services.
